The Top 25 list includes Oregon juniors (grades K-12) with established ratings who have played in at least one rated event since February 1, 2011. Rating is the maximum of current NWSRS rating (games rated through 2/1/2012) and USCF rating through events rated prior to 2/1/2011 (March published rating).
