Adults and scholastic players invited to play chess at Southwestern Oregon Community College in Coos Bay in Empire Hall in Lakeview G room. Ratings above 1000 will be dual rated NWSRS and USCF. Registration 9:30, play begins at 10. Advanced division time control 25/5. This is a 2019 OSCF Championship qualifier.
