Quadlandia is a beginner-friendly series of chess tournaments for players of all ages, with special emphasis on making sure scholastic players have fun. We have a giant chess set to play with between rounds, sweet treats, and an outdoor play area. Players are divided into groups of four based on strength. Each person plays three rounds against the other people in their group. Coaches are onsite to give feedback.

Ratings: In-Person sections USCF Regular Rated. Online sections USCF Online Rated

Registration: Click here to register. 100% preregistered by 5:00pm the day before the event. No on-site registration.

Location: In-person sections at Hillsdale Community Christian Church, 6948 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, OR 97219. The tournament takes place in the Fellowship Hall downstairs and toward the rear of the building. Online sections via Zoom and Lichess.org.
