The following players are close to qualifying for the 11th Annual OSCF State Championship in Seaside, Oregon, to take place on Friday and Saturday, April 29-30, 2016. These players have played at least two qualifying tournaments, but need an established NWSRS rating (15 or more lifetime rated games).
