The following players are close to qualifying for the 8th Annual OSCF State Championship in Seaside, Oregon, to take place on Friday, and Saturday, April 12-13, 2013. These players have played at least two OSCF qualifying tournaments, but they need an established rating (>15 rated games) before their qualification is complete. These games can, but need not be tournament games; they simply must be rated. For more details on qualifying, see here. For more details on getting additional rated games, see here.
