Parents for Education Plus will be holding a series of Scholastic Chess Tournaments in at Cheldelin MS Library in Corvallis starting February 7th (postponed by weather!  Starts February 14th!) and continuing on February 21st every 2 weeks until March 21st.  There will be cash awards in every quad as well as prizes for sportsmanship, costumes, and first time players.  These Friday night quads are OSCF State qualifiers, and are a great opportunity for those in the south valley to get in their qualifying tournaments.  Here is a link to the calendar and 2014 Spring quad Tournament Flyer for more information.
