Location: Lloyd Center DoubleTree, 1000 NW Multnomah, Portland, OR

4 round Swiss; Game in 45, 5 second delay.

Entry: $20; $5 discount for all that register and pay by August 28

Every player with a plus score will win prizes — USCF or Oregon or Washington Chess Federation memberships.  No memberships are required for the tournament, so it will not be USCF rated, but it will be submitted for NWSRS rating.
