The Fall 2012 All Stars list has been posted.  This list identifies the players active between May 1 and August 31 who achieved the top ten established (NWSRS or USCF) ratings by grade. Those on this list, on the Winter 2012 list, the Spring 2012 list, or the 2012 Lifetime Achievement list, are invited to the 5th Annual OSCF All-Stars Invitational Tournament, which will be held on October 12 in Salem.  More details on that tournament will be published shortly — keep your eyes on the web site!
