Puddletown Chess is hosting their December’s USCF-rated and OSCF state championship-qualifying tournaments on the west side. This will be the last OSCF qualifier tournament for 2022 conducted by Puddletown Chess (they will offer more in 2023)
For December also, they will continue this quad-style tournament on a Saturday based on popular demand from players & parents!
- USCF-Rated Chess Tournament, & 2023 OSCF State Champion qualifier.
- Format: Quads, play players with similar ratings/strength
- Date: December 03rd, 2022 (Saturday)
- Time: 2pm-6pm
- Place: Godfather’s Pizza (11140 SW Barnes Rd, Portland, OR 97225)
- Rounds: 3
- Time Control: G25+5 (each player has 25 minutes with 5-second increment for each move)
- Prize: 1st place for each quad gets a trophy or Puddletown T-shirt
- Entry fee: $25, Paypal: puddletownchess@gmail.com . Please put the player’s FULL name and USCF ID (if any) in the Paypal note. For students on Free/Reduced Lunch we provide free entry.
