Welcome to Fall and a new year of Chess! We have posted our Summer 2016 All-Stars list, which sets out the top 10 active players by grade (based on highest established rating during the relevant period), as well as the 2016 Lifetime Achievement List, which lists the top 25 most active current scholastic players in the NWSRS ratings system over their lifetime. All these players, as well as those listed on the Winter 2016 and Spring All Stars lists, and active members of the Order of the Knight, are invited to participate in the 9th Annual OSCF All-Stars Tournament, taking place in Salem on October 14, 2016 (an inservice Friday for most Oregon schools).
